Hi! I’m Egbet (pronounced egg-bet), but you can call me Egg. 🍳

Having always had an interest in all things art, self-expression, and beauty…nails just made sense! For most of my life I’ve experienced unwelcome commentary on my body and constant pain due to ingrown toe nails. When I found that there were specialty pedicures that could prevent the pain and manicures that could match—or even improve—my mood, my body felt more like home.

An opportunity arose at the start of 2024 that lead to what is now Novelty of Nails. I hope to share the joy and relief that doing my nails has done for my life and presentness in my body with you.
